「POSIPOSY（プスプス）」とは、マダガスカルで移動に使用される人力車のこと。
常に大渋滞で騒がしい街では、ギーギー！というプスプスのブレーキ音が響き、旅人とドライバーとの交渉はいつも困難。だけど人の力でゆっくり進むプスプスは、タクシーや列車と違い、景色や道ゆく人を眺めながらのんびり走って、新鮮な風が全身に心地いい。
乗る前と乗った後では、見える景色が変わる。常に自分を更新していけるようなユーモアを。
イラストレーターの福田利之と、自分の好奇心の赴くままに、まだ見ぬ日常を旅してるようなプロダクトを製作・発信するブランドです。
“POSIPOSY” is a rickshaw used for transportation in Madagascar.
In the city, which is always noisy and jammed with heavy traffic, the sound of the pusps’ brakes, “gee-gee!” The sound of the brakes of the puspusy is always heard, and negotiations between travelers and drivers are always difficult. However, unlike cabs and trains, pusps are driven slowly by human power, and the fresh breeze is pleasant to the whole body as you ride leisurely, taking in the scenery and the people on the road.
The scenery you see before and after the ride is different. Humor that allows you to constantly renew yourself.
With illustrator Toshiyuki Fukuda as the designer, this is a brand that produces and distributes products that make you feel as if you are traveling through your everyday life as yet undiscovered, following your own curiosity.
